Rebecca Wallace and Pip Seymour form the company now known as Wallace Seymour Fine Art Products and as such have created a programme of high quality painting and drawing materials, made under their control and with a shared vision to provide artists with the maximum potential for expression through colour. They have created unique ranges of oil, acrylic, watercolour (tube and pan), gouache, hand-made soft pastel, hand-made drawing materials, primers and painting mediums. They looked at long forgotten colours, alongside ancient and modern pigments to create colour palettes to suit the needs of the most progressive and challenging artists
Moist watercolour whole pans, made with the finest pigments, milled on granite rollers, with a special emulsion of Honey and Kordofan Gum Arabic. Each colour is air dried and then die-cut and hand-fitted into the pan. Exceptional “lift-off” with a wet brush.
This set of colours which lend themselves to landscape painting are presented in a beautiful handmade wooden box with a small metal clasp, which makes it a pleasure to use as it is weighty enough to stay put for plein air painting but small enough to transport easily.
