The LYRA Rembrandt Splender Colourless Blending Pencil is a colourless pencil for seamless blending techniques for use on coloured wax or watercolour pencils (used dry). The Spender blends & burnishes to a sheen which has the effect of saturating colours, creating a dense glossy surface. Further colours can be layered over the burnished surface. 0.4mm Lead Size.
